Smartwatch was launched at IFA and can be pre-ordered from Motorola website or Carphone Wareheouse online from September 25
The Moto 360 and the Moto X are now available for pre-order in the UK through Motorola’s website, the manufacturer has announced.
Both devices can be ordered from Motorola.co.uk, and will also be available from Carphone Warehouse online from September 25 and from Tech Data UK, who has the UK exclusive on the devices.
The 360 second generation smartwatch comes with black or cognac leather bands and prices start from £229.00 with a range of colours, bezels, materials and straps available for the Android Wear powered device. The device will be come with metal bands, although these are not available yet.
Both the Moto 360 and Moto 360 Sport again come with circular clock faces – much like the manufacturer’s first smartwatch release a year ago.
Moto 360 (2nd generation) is powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz processor. Mens models comes with screens of 42mm and 46mm in diameter, while the womens model measures 42mm in diameter. The screen automatically adjusts to the surrounding brightness.
Moto X Style
The Moto X Style is also available for pre-order and was first unveiled at an event in London on July 28.
The Moto X Style (pictured right) is powered by dual-core 1.8GHz and quad-core 1.44GHz processors and has a 5.7-inch edge-to-edge HD touchscreen.
Included is 3GB of RAM, a 3,000mAh battery which Motorola claims charges faster than any to provide 10 hours of power in 15 minutes of charging with ‘TurboPower’, with either 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal memory that can be expanded by 128GB with a microSD card.
It costs £399.00 for the custom built 32GB version from Motorola.co.uk, where customers can select a variety of colours or finishes for the device, including new Saffiano leather and real wood with unique grains.
