Read on for more information
Build quality
The durability of a mobile phone depends on the quality of the manufacturer. The mobile phone companies manufacture with two types of materials plastic or metal. You can also find phones with glass-covered panels. If you’re worried about dropping your phone, you should opt for a plastic or metal construction. If you drop these phones from a height of two to three feet, the metal body can withstand the drop, keeping the chips inside safe.
Screen
The choice of screen resolution depends on the use of the smartphone. For example, if you love watching videos and downloading stuff from the internet, you can opt for a phone with a screen size of at least 5.5 inches. Resolution should be at the minimum full HD. If your phone has a screen larger than 6 inches, it will be more expensive to change it if broken. Plus, if you’re going to be using your phone to browse and chat online, a 5-inch screen should be more than enough.
Processor
Processing power of a mobile phone will differ depending on the device model.
If you need to edit pictures and videos on your phone or want to play advanced video games, you should go for a mobile phone with at least Qualcomm Snapdragon 652. This will make it easier to use multiple apps at the same time.
Camera
If you go for a camera with a 16-megapixel rear camera, don’t assume that the image quality will be great. Quality of the photos depends on a few different factors, such as Pixel size, camera aperture, autofocus and ISO levels. Image size will be a lot larger if you go for a 16MP camera and above. So you have to keep this in mind when considering this feature of the phone you are going to buy.
Battery
Battery usage will change for everyone depending on how they use their mobile device.
For example, if you play heavy games or watch HD videos on your phone, you should go for a device with a 3500 mAh battery and above. For most users, a lower powered battery can also do the job.
Storage
The operating system occupies most of the memory space of the mobile phone. Therefore, you should go for a phone with at least 32 GB of storage space and above. If you want to store a lot of large files, a good suggestion would be use a phone that allows you to insert a microSD card.
If you are planning to buy a smartphone, we suggest you consider the factors provided in this article.
