Ethnic MVNO also sponsoring Sportsman of the Year category at event, which celebrates excellence amongst outstanding black and minority ethnic sportspeople
Lycamobile has signed up to sponsor the first ever British Ethnic Diversity Sports Awards (BEDSAs).
The awards, which celebrate excellence amongst outstanding black and minority ethnic sportspeople, takes place on February 21 at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
In addition to being the title sponsor, Lycamobile is also sponsoring the Sportsman of the Year category. The three nominees for that award are Commonwealth Games silver medal sprinter Adam Gemeli, world champion cyclist Kian Emadi and England cricket all-rounder Moeen Ali.
Lycamobile Group chairman Subaskaran Allirajah (pictured) said: “The BEDSAs are a great opportunity to highlight the outstanding contributions British ethnic minorities make to the country’s sporting achievements.
