Fujitsu in talks to combine PC business with Lenovo

Fujitsu is considering merging its PC business with Lenovo, the world’s biggest PC manufacturer, a source familiar with the matter told news agency Kyodo. Vodafone acquires MVNO Lebara's Australian business

Vodafone Australia is purchasing MVNO Lebara’s Australian mobile business assets, including its customer base and the right to use the Lebara brand in Australia. No financial details of the takeover were disclosed. Lebara launched in Australia in 2009 and uses the Vodafone network, including 4G access since June. Telenor said that it has commenced a public offering in the US of 142.5 million of its Vimpelcom American Depository Shares (ADS).
