Today’s smartphone users make up our thriving photography community and are our eyes to the world. Whether artists, journalists or passionate smartphone camera users, they inform us through social media and other media channels and put our world in the larger context of the present and the past.

Motorola has passionately created the next generation smartphone with superior camera quality for individuals who want incredible quality images for themselves or for sharing.

200MP Camera Module

Clearly, the headline here is the monstrous 200MP camera module on the back – an industry first – which focuses light through an F1.9 aperture onto a relatively large 1/1.22-inch sensor and benefits from of optical image stabilization. Motorola has promised a clear brighter image even when its dark, their technology combines 16 small pixels into a large 2.5µm Ultra Pixel for capturing more light.

Addition

In addition to massive image cropping, the camera will also allow 8K UHD video recording at 30 frames per second, or 4K UHD video at up to 60 fps and 960 fps in slow motion in FHD. The main camera is accompanied by a 50 MP ultra-wide angle (with macro capabilities) and a 12 MP telephoto portrait lens with a narrow depth of field for beautiful pictures.

Selfie camera on the front

The selfie camera on the front is no less impressive with an unreal 60 megapixels for 4K video at 30 fps. That front camera is perforated on top of the Ultra’s nearly bezel-less 6.67-inch 2400 x 1080 OLED display, which has a 144Hz refresh rate, 360Hz touch response, and a maximum brightness of 1,250 nits. There is support for 10-bit colour, HDR10+ and the DCI-P3 colour gamut, as well as Snapdragon Elite Gaming.
