Vodafone Ghana is realigning its operation to begin the deployment of 4G to its customers in April. It is expected to spend about USD 90 million to fully deploy LTE after the National Communication Authority gave it the green light in December. Ebenezer Amankwah, corporate relations manager of Vodafone Ghana told Starr Business that it is looking at full deployment by the second quarter of this yearl.
This, Amankwah said, is the result of the process that begin in September 2018 when the NCA published a Request for Applications (RFA) and made available three lots of 2 x 5 MHz in the 800 MHz band.
