If you’re having trouble playing Destiny or other games on your PlayStation 4 or PlayStation 3, you’re not alone.
A number of gamers are reporting issues connecting to Sony’s PlayStation Network online service. Problems first arose with many saying they could not sign into PSN to play Destiny on PS3 or PS4. Developer Bungie used its Twitter account to tell fans that it is looking into the issue, but now it looks like the outage is affecting more than just fans of Bungie’s sci-fi shooter. Hundreds of people are running into problems and are asking Sony’s social-media accounts for answers. Sony did announce that it is planning to purposefully bring down some parts of PSN as part of planned maintenance for Thursday. We’ve asked the publisher if today’s problems are related.
