Most Channel Islanders are satisfied with their landline, mobile and broadband services, according to the latest Annual Telecoms Satisfaction Survey from the Channel Islands Competition and Regulatory Authorities (Cicra).
The survey covers key aspects of customer satisfaction including quality of service, value for money, reliability and complaints handling by telecoms providers in Guernsey and Jersey. The survey follows the approach taken by UK regulator Ofcom, with results benchmarked against those from the UK. It covers services provided by Sure, JT, Airtel and Jersey Homenet/Ytel.
