Bramwell has been at the distributor since 2010, and takes on the role following a large reorganisation of its mobility division
Ingram Micro Mobility has promoted senior business manager Matt Bramwell to a new role as its new head of mobile, Mobile news understands.
Bramwell replaces Richard Wills in overseeing the mobile at the distributor following a major restructure of its mobility division, including the closure of its Verwood office in August.
Wills departed Ingram last month to become the new director of mobile at rival Westcoast.
Bramwell has been at Ingram since 2012, when he joined form Data Select, and has had several roles as senior business manager overseeing both the Samsung Note/tablet account, and also Acer and Fujitsu, according to his LinkedIn.
Ingram Micro Mobility refused to comment on the appointment.
