A fresh leak of the Google Pixel has revealed pretty much everything about the handset, which is due to happen tomorrow at “7:00 am”.

With the Google Pixel launch scheduled to happen tomorrow, we’re all eagerly awaiting the announcement of the upcoming Google flagship handset… or at least we were, until everything leaked this morning.

Carphone Warehouse dropped a huge bombshell, revealing both the white and black models plus hardware information and press images. As we know, the Google Pixel will be the first device to drop any significant manufacturer branding. The handset is expected to be made by HTC, though the company will be using them primarily as a partner and nothing more.

The Google Pixel will come in two varieties, a standard model and larger Pixel XL variant. Both will have the latest Snapdragon 821 processor and 4GB RAM, putting them at the top of the pack with regards to performance. The camera sensor seems to be similar in spec to the one found on the HTC 10, with a 12.3 megapixel sensor that features large 1.55um pixels for better low-light performance. The front camera features an 8 megapixel front sensor on both handsets.

In terms of screen size, the Pixel carries a smaller 5-inch 1080p display, while the larger Pixel XL has a 5.5-inch QHD panel. Both devices use the newest Gorilla Glass 4 for added protection. Battery size on the smaller model is only 2,770mAh, which is quite small considering most newer handsets now ship with 3,000mAh as standard. The Pixel XL has a much bigger 3,450mAh battery, which should be good for a solid day of heavy use.

USB-C will come standard on both models, plus a headphone jack (hurrah!)… but microSD storage will not be supported (boo!). The newest Android 7.1 operating system will also be installed, along with the new Nexus launcher. Prices are expected to start from $650 (£504.78).
