After days of talking about it, Tinder finally unveiled its premium service, Tinder Plus.
The service includes an “undo” button, and Passport, its travel feature, in line with previous reports. The “undo” button is there for those times you’ve swiped too fast and mistook that cutie pie for an ugly toad — oops, undo.
The Passport feature is to ensure you have some hot dates lined up by the time you get to your travel destination. Teleport yourself to your new location and swipe, match, and chat with singles you can look forward to meeting when you get there.
And for some reason, Tinder paints this feature as one you can use if you need recommendations for things to do during your travels, or to just connect with folks around the world, but really, we all know you’ll use it to spice up your trip’s evenings.
Tinder says Tinder Plus will be available to all users by the end of the year and will be offered as an in-app purchase. Subscribers will be billed through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
