Croatian roaming mobile network users in the EU used the internet 20 times more and talked about 5 times longer in the first quarter that in the year before when the EU’s “Roaming Like At Home” (RLAH) was not yet in effect. The lowest growth was achieved by the SMS service with 32 percent more messages sent, according to the Croatian Agency for Postal and Electronic Communications (Hakom). Users of quad-play packages (mobile telephony, fixed telephony, TV and internet access) increased by 9 percent year-on-year. The annual growth of M2M services was 30 percent in the same period.
