Romania fines Vodafone, Orange Romania for breaches of roaming regulation

Romania’s telecommunications authority Ancom fined Vodafone and Orange Romania with a total of RON 180,000 for breaches in the enforcement of the ‘Roam like at home’ regulation. MTS drops on-net roaming charges for legacy tariffs

Russian mobile operator MTS said that it will scrap on-net roaming charges for subscribers on its legacy tariffs from 30 September.
